The move was made to allow SCG to consolidate its operations at a single location.  In addition, it is conveniently located near highway entrances to the Ohio Turnpike, I-77 and I-271.  The building includes about 30,000 square feet of warehouse space for construction equipment and materials, plus 6,500 square feet of office space.

Special touches to the new offices include a front facade with stadium-like features complete with an electronic scoreboard, a synthetic turf front lawn, trophy cases with sports paraphernalia showcasing SCG clients and a conference room designed to feel like one is sitting in a loge at Progressive Field.
